This workshop will examine how to build a highly functional and resilient shoulder. It will cover relevant functional anatomy, the shoulders relationship with the thorax and how building strength in the right places can safe guard your shoulder against injury.
Keeping Knees Strong and Healthy

This workshop will teach you how to maintain knee health and reduce the likelihood of injury. Learn how the foot and hip affect your knee and what factors influence whether or not you experience knee pain.

Sam will be presenting on women’s health physiotherapy with specific focus on conditions related to pelvic floor dysfunction such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and exercising safely. The workshop is suitable for all women to attend and will include general information and preventative advice related to optimising pelvic health.

We will cover basic foot anatomy, common injuries and problems. We explore methods of releasing tight areas with self massage and mobilisation, as well as strengthening techniques for the foot, ankle and arches. You will pick up some great tips for self management of problems such as dropped arches, weak ankles, plantar fasciopathies and stiff 1st toes!
