'Breath in Motion' - New Physio Mat Class for Term 3!!
Sam invites you to join her for a month of Physio Pilates 'Breath in Motion' classes ‘By Donation’. 100% of donations will go to her ‘Trek for Timor’ fundraising to raise money for the Hatobuilico community in East Timor.
The one hour 'Breath in Motion' classes will be run on Thursdays in August from 9.15am.
