Annabel Ralph is a Physiotherapist, Dance Physio and Clinical Pilates practitioner. She has a special interest in treating performers, outdoor sports athletes and individuals with hypermobility, while equally enjoying assisting individuals without a background in sport/dance to move better.

Annabel provides a holistic and evidence-based approach that can help you to recover from injury and improve your posture, strength and mobility.
Prior to her training as a physiotherapist Annabel trained as a dancer at Newtown High for the Performing Arts and then Western Sydney University where she attained a degree in Dance. She spent a number of years living overseas dancing, snowboarding and mountain biking, and returned to Australia to to complete her Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney, DMA Clinical Pilates certification and Diplomas in Remedial Massage and Sports Injury Therapies at ACNT.
Annabel also furthered her physiotherapy knowledge working with Francine St.George at 'Physio Posture Fitness Clinic' for many years and at Perfect Form Physiotherapy with Lisa Howell, while also lecturing in Sports Massage at NSW School of Massage, and teaching pilates with Pro-Align Physiotherapy and Pilates.
Annabel now combines her advanced training in movement control with her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics & injury management to achieve outstanding results for her patients. Her special areas of interest in the body are the foot and ankle, hip, TMJ (jaw) and neck, and improving full body integration. She loves to help dancers recover from injury, refine their dance technique and improve posture, flexibility and stability.
Annabel also has an interest in working with individuals of all ages with hypermobility, including Ehler-Danlos Syndrome, Marfans Syndrome and other Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders.
Annabel is a Registered Physiotherapist in NSW, NSW Work Cover Accredited, a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science and a physiotherapist on the Medical Services Directory for Ehler-Danlos Society.
