Lauren Lewis is a Physiotherapist, Dance Physio and Clinical Pilates practitioner who combines her training in sports rehabilitation and clinical pilates to provide a whole body approach to improving your movement patterns. Her special areas of interest are the shoulder, knee and ankle.

Lauren has extensive experience in sports physiotherapy and enjoys working with recreational athletes and dancers to manage pain and improve function.Her aim is that after physiotherapy you will be pain free and your performance will be even better than before your injury. Lauren has worked with sport teams for over 8 years providing acute on field management and rehabilitation in the clinic. She has also pursued further study in the areas of clinical pilates & women’s health.
Lauren is a Queensland expat who studied Design in Sydney, Physiotherapy in Newcastle and now calls the Upper Mountains home. She is loving exploring what the mountains have to offer. She originally trained as a ballet dancer, and is now a keen skier and runner. Lauren is active in her local community sitting on the board of the Hartley District Progress Association, as a volunteer member of the Hartley RFS and the Country Women’s Association. You’ll find her on weekends running trails with her dogs or horse riding further west.
