Men's Stretch + Strengthen
This class is a men-only class, run by Jeremy, our physio and sports trainer. The aim is to prevent injuries, reduce back pain, become stronger, and improve posture and balance.
PHYSIO PILATES - Foundation
This physio-supervised pilates class is perfect for those who would like to start low impact exercise whilst recovering from injury or managing chronic pain. The class course will allow you to gain the fundamental basics of pilates. You will learn body awareness and you will learn how to move safely and build fitness without pain.
Attending an individual physio pilates introductory appointment is essential prior to commencing this class. This class is suitable to attend during pregnancy.
PHYSIO PILATES Level 1 - General
This class is for those who have completed Physio Pilates Foundation and wish to continue consistent Pilates classes. You will increase your understanding of correct alignment and technique. This level challenges your body further, working towards a complete understanding of posture, alignment and the fundamental components of pilates.
PHYSIO PILATES Level 2 - Intermediate
This pilates class challenges you further building on Level 1. Utilising your own body weight and small apparatus for resistance you will develop your pilates skills. With focus and commitment, you will achieve noticeable improvements in your strength, stability, flexibility and coordination.
