This class, run by Jeremy, is designed specifically for those who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and ostepenia. It is also suitable for those wanting to maintain and improve their bone density.

Reformer class

Discover the power of mindful movement in our intimate Pilates reformer classes (up to 4 participants). Enjoy a dynamic full-body workout, utilising spring resistance and core strength to push and pull the carriage through a series of exercises. From basic leg extensions and arm movements to more complex routines that challenge balance and coordination, each session enhances flexibility and builds muscle tone. The reformer’s unique design promotes proper alignment with supportive features like the foot bar, shoulder rests, and head rest. Ideal for all fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries, the adjustable spring tension allows students to tailor the workout to their body's needs.

Pilates Level 1 - General*

A mid-level class for those who have prior experience in mat pilates or those who have completed the Foundation Level. This class aims to:

  • Enhance your technique and alignment

  • Further challenge your body

  • Improve your understanding of posture and the fundamentals of pilates

Pilates Level 2 - Intermediate*

Our most advanced level, this class builds on the movements and strength developed in Level 1. Suitable for those who have developed reasonably good body awareness and strength. This class will further build your movement skills, strength, flexibility and also coordination. 

* These classes require an initial assessment by one of our physiotherapists in order to determine which level is best suited to your abilities, and so any conditions or injuries can be monitored closely.
