Pilates

Our pilates practitioners are qualified in both mat and equipment based pilates, and are trained in Modern, Traditional and Classical Pilates. They work closely with our physiotherapists to provide you with an excellent path to recover from injury and progress towards fitness and beyond.

We have regular private and semi-private sessions available as well as group mat pilates classes in our beautiful and spacious studio.
