Sophie Knox is a Physiotherapist and Certified Personal Trainer with a special interest in chronic pain, falls and balance support, knee osteoarthritis, joint instabilities, pre surgical rehabilitation and cycling and running specific injuries.

APPROACH
Sophie is passionate about supporting people to identify goals they didn’t know were even possible, and providing treatment plans to delay or prevent future surgery. Sophie is eager to encourage and support pre and post-menopausal women to maintain muscle mass and strength training. Sophie believes age is just a number and understands the power of exercise and to help us age youthfully.
BACKGROUND
Sophie was a previous New South Wales Institute of Sport athlete in track sprint cycling. She represented Australia at international level and won state and national level championships. Sophie understands the importance of strength training to meet the needs of life and sporting pursuits. She specialises in incorporating exercise and strength into everyday life alongside other athletic pursuits, goals and busy life commitments.
